It fills tight spaces without vibration, grips around the anchor and concrete, and hardens into a monolithic unit that doesn’t shift under both dead and live load. APPLICATION STEPS
Prepare the surface and bolt pockets.
Remove rust, oil, grease and dust
Provide shuttering.
Install a leak-proof, rigid formwork with air vents
Apply bonding agent.
Use HW Bonding Agent Epoxy (HW403), SBR (HW404) as required
Add 12-14% water
For 25kg bag, use 3-3.5 L of water.
Mix using a low-speed blender
Pour the entire mix at one go. Cure with water for 7 days.
Pour from one side to avoid air entrapment
