LONG LASTING BONDING
Designed to anchor new concrete to old, with a grip that’s meant to stay. Whether it is overhead patchwork or structural overlays, it holds firm, making sure there’s one no-fail, no-slip solid unit that stays bonded through stress and time. The two-part resin–hardener system creates a dense, cross-linked bond that fuses the old and new concrete into a single structural body.

EASE OF APPLICATION
Available in pre-measured 3:1 ratio, HW403 mixes smooth, brushes easily and stays workable across reinforcement-heavy or hard-to-reach areas. Brush it, bond it, forget it.
RESILIENT
Protects the bond line from moisture and aggressive chemicals. Ideal for repair zones exposed to environmental and structural movement stresses.
APPLICATION STEPS
Prepare the surface
Remove loose material and dust.
Clean with steel wire brush.
Ensure full exposure of base surface.
Mix both components for 2-3 Minutes
Mix Ratio - 3(Resin):1(Hardener). Use a low-speed blender for uniform consistency.
Apply over the substrate.
Thin even layer with brush or roller
Pour concrete / grout within 30 minutes.
Overlay must be done while tacky.
