WATER RESISTANCE AND MORE
Hard Worker Integral Waterproofing is an excellent product for water resistance in concrete. Just up to 200 ml* per 50 kg of cement can reduce water permeability substantially –– making the concrete denser and protected from the inside. By becoming part of the structure, HW101 strengthens concrete from within. It does all the above without changing the concreting process. Recommended for Foundations, Columns, Beams and Roof Slabs. HW101 has a unique property that strengthens the concrete by 10%.
REDUCES POROSITY
Fewer internal voids mean less water enters and far less damage follows. HW101 densifies the concrete mix to reduce the paths that water usually takes and therefore reduces porosity.
RESISTS STEEL CORROSION
By cutting water ingress, HW101 lowers the risk of rust in reinforcement bars thus extending structural durability from deep inside.
IMPROVES WORKABILITY
Compatible to all types of cement. HW101 helps in reduction of water up to 20% in the concrete mix. It keeps the concrete smooth, enhances cohesion, and does not affect setting time.
APPLICATION STEPS
Add Ingredients - Sand, Cement and Aggregates
Do Not Add HW101 to Dry Concrete Mix
Add Only Half of the Water Required
Mix concrete for 2-3 minutes.
Add HW (upto 200 ml* for a 50 kg bag of cement).
Adjust dosage for Cement Type.
Add Balance Water and Mix Well
Use Only Enough Water to Reach Desired Consistency
